IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
No. We're sure you'll want to use LOTS of our lovely props so don't insist on minimum orders. However, orders under £100 will need to be collected and returned to Witney.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Decide which beautiful bits you want to hire, and then give us a call or drop us an email and we'll do the rest. We'll need a few details from you and a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
DO YOU DELIVER & COLLECT?
Yes! If your order is over £100 we will happily deliver and collect your items for a flat rate fee of £30 within 30 miles of Witney. Besides, we love to meet you in person and see your venues!
Otherwise, collection and returns are from The Lending Loft HQ in Witney, or charged at 50p per mile.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE HIRE ITEMS FOR?
Our charges are for a 4 day hire, including delivery and collection days. We're very easy going though, so if this doesn't work for you we can negotiate.
WHEN WILL MY HIRE ITEMS BE DELIVERED & COLLECTED?
We will deliver your props the morning of the day prior to your event, in order to give you enough time to set up and make things look gorgeous! We understand that no one feels like tidying up after a big party, so we'll give you a day to recover and get everything packed up ready for us to collect the following morning. If you are using our styling services we do this all for you.
WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Our props are very popular, so the sooner you can make your booking, the better.
WHAT IS YOUR BREAKAGES POLICY?
These things happen, so breakages will be charged at cost price.
WHEN DO WE HAVE TO COUGH UP?
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is then due 8 weeks before the event date.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Sadly, we can't offer a refund on your deposit if you decide to cancel your order. However, if you let us know at least 8 weeks prior to your event, no further charges will be made.
The Lending Loft store data on a contractual basis. All data held in order to fulfil a booking will be destroyed once the booking is completed. Under no circumstances do we share clients personal information. We will always check you are happy for us to share your event photos before we do.
ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
We're not fusspots, but we do ask you try ans look after our items. Please blow out candles as soon as possible to avoid wax damage. We also ask that our items are moved inside when it rains and aren't left outside overnight (not applicable to festoon lights). The charge is for hire only and all items remain the property of The Lending Loft, excluding flowers which are the property pf the client.
